Your income,

What top producers in our shop are pacing inside their first year. These are not headline averages padded with manager overrides — they're individual-producer numbers, taken from real pipelines.

Why Onyx

Built for producers who want a book of their own.

Leads supplied

Vetted leads, weekly

You don't pay for a single lead. We source them, qualify them, and drop them into your CRM every Monday — life, mortgage protection, IUL, and term.

Real coaching

Mentorship, not memos

Daily call reviews and a weekly 1:1 with someone actually writing $30k+ months. Our managers run the floor, they don't sit in a back office.

Ω-tier contracts

The end of the comp ladder

12+ A-rated carriers, all at top contract levels. We don't sit between you and your commission with a marketing fee — what we negotiate, you keep. There's nothing higher to climb to.

Equity in your book

Vested renewals, always

Every renewal you write is yours. Stay, leave, retire — your book of business follows you. No clawbacks, no buy-outs to leave.

Modern stack

A real CRM, not a spreadsheet

We run on Wrangler OS — pipeline, leaderboard, AI coaching briefs, and live voice channels. Built for life insurance, not bolted on.

Proof, not pitches

Real producers, real numbers

The income figures we quote are pulled from actual pipelines. We'll show you redacted screenshots on the intro call. You can verify before you commit.

The other path

Most producers are running someone else's book.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're not building equity — you're renting your seat from someone who is.

Lead bills

You pay $25–60 per lead and somehow you're still on the hook if they don't pick up.

Capped contracts

The IMO between you and the carrier takes 30 points off the top before you ever see a check.

No book equity

The renewals don't follow you out the door. Two years of grinding builds someone else's annuity.

No coaching

A monthly Zoom that's mostly motivational quotes and a slide deck about activity. No actual call review.

How it works

Three steps.
No mystery.

01

Apply + intro call

Submit a two-minute application. If we're aligned, you'll be on a 30-minute intro with a producer or manager within one business day — not three weeks of phone tag.

02

License + train

We guide you through state licensing and run you through our two-week onboarding: carrier playbooks, call frameworks, objections, the CRM. Most producers finish licensed and call-ready inside three weeks.

03

Issue + scale

Your first lead drop hits the morning after training. From there: dial, quote, bind, leaderboard. We coach in real time and you compound. Six-figure pace is a year-one outcome — not a recruiting promise.

FAQ

Honest answers.

Why is the logo an omega? Why call yourselves the omega of life insurance?

Omega (Ω) is the last letter of the Greek alphabet — the end, the final, the closing seal. Producers come to Onyx and stop bouncing between agencies because the equation finally works: real leads, real coaching, top contracts, vested renewals. The mark says what the agency is — the last shop a producer ever needs to sell at.

Does it cost anything to apply or train?

No. Applying is free, the interview is free, and our training is free. You only pay your own state licensing fee — and we'll guide you through it. Top performers get reimbursed for that fee after their first issued policies.

Do I need life insurance experience?

No. Plenty of our top producers had zero industry background when they started. What matters is that you're coachable, ambitious, and willing to be on the phone every day for the first 90 days. We supply the playbook.

Is this a 1099 / commission role?

Yes — every role is 1099 with uncapped commission. Phone-based, fully remote, no field work. You keep vested renewals on every policy you write, even if you leave.

Do I have to find my own leads?

No. We supply vetted leads every week — life, mortgage protection, IUL, and term verticals. You don't pay for them; they're part of the agreement. If you want to also self-generate, that's encouraged but not required.

How fast does a new producer ramp?

Most producers issue their first policy within 7–14 days of completing licensing. Six-figure earnings pace is achievable inside the first year for producers who stay consistent on the phone and apply the playbook.

Can I do this part-time?

Yes — but with the caveat that part-time means slower ramp. Full-time producers ramp 2–3× faster. We'll talk through your situation on the intro call and pick a plan that's honest about the tradeoffs.

Is there ongoing mentorship after I'm trained?

Yes. Every producer gets a weekly 1:1 with their upline, a daily floor presence (in-office or virtual), and access to our full call-review library. Coaching is the product, not a perk.
